Zihni Turan KARACA has begun his engineering career as Control Engineer of Turkish State Highway Department at the Maraş-Göksun Highway Construction between 1970-73 and continued as Project Manager of Turkish State Highway Department at Tarsus-Pozanti Highway construction between 1973-75. After he has been transferred to private sector and as professional manager, he has completed the projects below:

 

1975-80 Contractor Emrullah Altay - Project manager of Ereğli-İvriz Left Embankment Irrigation

1980-85 Contractor Garanti Construction Company - Project manager of Ereğli-İvriz Right Embankment Irrigation

1985-93 District Manager for Garanti Construction Company

Antalya Hotel Talya Annex Construction (20000 m2)
